Why do we love antiques?

Because they connect us to history.

We wonder who used these old kitchen tools. Who taught them how to cook and what recipes did they inherently know how to blend together? Were they passed on to generations to feed our souls as well as our bellies? Who turned the pages of the old books and how were they changed because of the stories?

We long to share in those experiences with voices of a world different than ours. But the connections bond us through life's ebbs and flows; family, work and traditions.
